How it Works

STEP 1: CHOOSE A SIZE

Choose your desired size and product type.  Click on the Size Chart to see which size fits you best.

STEP 2: UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO

Press Upload your photo to bring up the Live Preview screen. Select your photo, and you will see that a preview is created immediately. Use the buttons to move and resize your photo.

Please note: this preview is NOT the final result, but only a tool to give you an idea if the photo fits the background!

STEP 3: COMPLETE THE ORDER

Now press Add To Cart and go to Checkout.

If you have a discount code, press View Order Summary.

 

Shipping Details and Payment
You can use a fast payment checkout, like PayPal or Apple Pay, or scroll down, fill in your details first and select credit card payments, like VISA, Mastercard and AMEX on the next page

Enter your correct details and finish your order.

 

STEP 4: KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL

Now we get to work on your order. The design team will work manually with your photo and create the entire design. If the photo is not good enough, they will ask you for a new one. Within 48 hours, you will receive the proof by email, where you can approve the design or respond to request revisions! You can change as much until you are 100% satisfied.

Make sure you have provided a valid email address, and also keep an eye on your spam or advertising inbox.

Once approved, we will print and ship your product!

Production and Delivery

Within 1-2 business day, you will receive the design by email to approve it or request unlimited revisions.

After approval, your order goes further into production and will be printed and shipped. This usually takes 4-8 business days after approval.

    Will I get to see a preview?

    When you upload a photo you get a first impression of what it might look like with the Live Preview editor. This is a very simple example and not the final result. After placing the order, the team of designers will really get to work and will manually create the design for you. They cut out the subject, adjust colors, add shadows and filters and will process further requests from you. Within 2 business days you will receive a preview from the designer by email. Now you can accept the sample or request unlimited changes. Only if the design is approved by you will the design go further into production and be delivered to you within a week!

    Is my photo good enough?

    If you have followed our photo tips for a good photo, then the photo is probably good enough. In addition, your photo will be checked by professional photographers. If the photo does not pass the quality check you will receive an email from us!

    Can multiple people be in the design?

    Yes, if all persons are in the same photo, then place your order in the normal way.If you have two, or more, different photos that need to be combined, then place your order with one of the photos and send us the remaining photo(s) via email: info@fabulousportrait.com

    Do you only create designs with children?

    No, we can incorporate anything into everything. A picture of your baby, pet or grandpa? Or just yourself or your partner? It's all possible. Our designers are good at what they do.

    Take a look at the special collection for adults, where the child-oriented designs have been filtered out!

    When will my order be delivered?

    Please note the shipping times as listed on the product page. This is approximately 5-10 business days. Sometimes we also offer expedited delivery, however this is only possible outside of busy periods.

    What material are the products made of?

    Canvas:
    The designs can be printed on canvas with a wooden frame. The indoor Canvas canvases are printed on high-quality matte polycotton canvas. The mix of cotton (65%) and polyester (35%) gives the Canvas canvas a characteristic natural look. The odorless HP Latex ink is environmentally friendly and makes the colors pop!
