Shipping and delivery
Please stick to the shipping timeline we offer at checkout as the final 'expected' delivery timeline. This is usually up to 2 weeks for most orders. We sometimes also offer a queue-jump option.
Once the order is placed, our talented design team will get to work on your order. It normally takes 24 to 48 hours for the design to be completed. During Weekends and the Holiday season, this may take longer.
You will receive the design by email first, so you can review and approve or request changes. It is also possible to send in a new photo or even pick out a different background if that works better.
Please note: This will make the production process take longer.
If you did not receive an email, please check your spam or promotion inbox, unfortunately sometimes our email ends up in there.

We do not send designs into production that have not been approved or remain unanswered.
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.
NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.
Unfortunately, sometimes our courier will not ship multiple items together. Please be patient and contact us again if you haven't received your second canvas within 3 business days.

Shipping prices are a flat fee:
Rest of world: $17.95
• We occasionally offer 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your photo to the front of the queue for our artists. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo, please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.
